Metropolitan Cities: 4–9 business days
Other Cities: 5–11 business days

Delivery Charges & Advances
Free Delivery: Orders above PKR 1,500 in Rawalpindi & Islamabad
COD Orders: Orders exceeding PKR 30,000 require a 50% advance, adjustable at the time of delivery.
Advance Payment
A 70% advance is required to confirm all custom orders.
Customization Charges
Additional charges may apply depending on complexity. These will be shared and approved beforehand.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.
Transit Damages
If a custom item is damaged during delivery, Fadi Interiors will provide a replacement as per our Damaged Items Policy below—at no extra cost.
Unboxing Video Required
To claim damage:
Record a clear unboxing video before opening the packaging.
The video must show:
Package condition upon arrival
Full unboxing process
Initial inspection of the product
Reporting Time
Damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

Replacement Process
Secure Packing: Customer must repack the damaged item safely.
Return Drop-off: Item must be dropped at a designated courier location. A consignment slip will be provided.
Replacement Dispatch: After inspection, a replacement will be sent promptly.
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for all non-custom items.

Customers must securely return the item. Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
We can provide a shipping label (cost will be deducted from refund).
Refunds processed within 7 business days after item is received.
If damage occurs during return transit due to poor packing, deductions will apply.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
